Our Executive Chef and his team have curated ethnic infused menus, reaching back to generations in their family’s history and traditions from Mexico and the Philippines. The Culinary Team is also willing to embrace creating menu items that are important to you and your family, making your event extra special by highlighting your unique selections. We are prepared for guests with dietary restrictions such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, etc.
